· The Secretary General oversees la Unió's technical departments, synergising decisions and projects while taking into account the organisation's long-term vision.

· Establishes objectives and priorities, organises tasks and delegates responsibilites for la Unió to successfully complete the projects its immersed in. Coordinates and manages the sports facilities that la Unió runs across the country.

· Management is in charge of implementing strict financial controls and keeping a constant track on expenditure and guaranteeing payments according to established criteria.

· Oversees the implementation of the decisions made by the General Assembly according to the Board of Directors' directives. The Secretary General also coordinates and promotes initiatives that contribute to the development of la Unió in all of its aspects.
